This sequence is noted for its effect on the entire physiological system. It includes nine asanas:
- Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand)
- Halasana (Plough)
- Matsyasana (Fish)
- Paschimottanasana (Sitting Spinal Stretch)
- Bhujangasana (Cobra)
- Salabhasana (Locust)
- Dhanurasana (Bow)
- Ardha Matsyendrasana (Spinal Twist)
- Sirsana (Headstand or variation)

A version of Yoga Nidra (Wakeful Sleep). A deep relaxation technique leading to a state of complete rest.
