Some experience of yoga is advisable for the practice of this Audio Yoga recording.

Side1: The Rishikesh Sequence:

This sequence is noted for its effect on the entire physiological system. It includes nine asanas:

  • Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand)
  • Halasana (Plough)
  • Matsyasana (Fish)
  • Paschimottanasana (Sitting Spinal Stretch)
  • Bhujangasana (Cobra)
  • Salabhasana (Locust)
  • Dhanurasana (Bow)
  • Ardha Matsyendrasana (Spinal Twist)
  • Sirsana (Headstand or variation) 
     

Side 2: The Eye of the Hurricane.

A version of Yoga Nidra (Wakeful Sleep). A deep relaxation technique leading to a state of complete rest.
